In the third round of the UEFA Nations League A, Croatia suffered a 0-7 home defeat to England, marking the largest margin of loss in their history.

Playing at home against England, Croatia was already trailing 0-4 at halftime. They conceded three more goals in the second half, ultimately losing 0-7.

This 0-7 defeat set a new record for the Croatian national team's largest ever loss margin. Their previous biggest loss was a 0-6 away defeat to Spain in the UEFA Nations League in September 2018.
