Wilshere shared a story on "Stick to Football" about the England team's training camp in Basel, where players jumped into the Rhine River in the early morning hours for a swim, with Hart being the one who came up with the idea.

At the time, the England coaching staff had retired for the night but allowed players to have some drinks. Gary Neville recalled that he only learned the next morning that the players had jumped from a bridge into the river and were drifting down the Rhine in Basel at 2 AM.
Gary Neville was an assistant coach for England at the time. He jokingly asked Wilshere, "That story never got out, did it?" Wilshere replied, "Not until now."
When asked which players specifically participated, Wilshere said, "I can't name names, but I was watching... it was Hart's idea." He added that Rooney didn't go into the water but sat on the balcony with a glass of red wine, watching them.
Both Gary Neville and Wilshere traveled with the England team to Basel. England has only played one match there: in 2014, the team defeated Switzerland 2-0 in a Euro 2016 qualifier, thanks to Welbeck's brace. Wilshere started alongside Stones, Gary Cahill, Henderson, and Sterling.
