According to Gianluca Di Marzio's website, Bendtner reflected on his season at Juventus.

Nicklas Bendtner wore the Juventus jersey during the 2012-13 season, joining on loan from Arsenal in August 2012. The Danish forward made 11 appearances for the Bianconeri but failed to score. He shared a dressing room with Italian football legends like Buffon and later missed most of the season due to an adductor injury. Despite his limited on-field contribution, Bendtner still won the Serie A title with Antonio Conte's team.
In an exclusive interview with gianlucadimarzio.com, the Danish striker recalled his experience at Juventus, discussed why Conte is a winner, and commented on the possibility of Hojbjerg joining Juventus.
World Cup Legends – When asked what it felt like to share a dressing room with legends like Buffon and Del Piero, he said: "It was amazing. They are among the best players Italian football has produced, and they are also excellent people. Unfortunately, I suffered a long-term injury in December, but I truly enjoyed my time there. We also had an excellent coach in Antonio Conte, who was and still is a great coach."
When asked why Antonio Conte is so special and why he always wins, he said: "Some people say he's never happy? (laughs) I think he's actually very happy! When he steps onto the pitch, he has only one goal in mind: to win. He wants to win more than anything else. Football is a sport where everything revolves around winning, so I completely understand his mindset. Most of the clubs he's been to have won titles. What more do you want? Do you want someone who always makes the media happy because he said this and that? He has his own personality, but I can only say that he is a great coach and a good person."
Experience – The Danish forward played a total of 11 matches, mostly in the first half of the season, before an adductor problem caused him to miss almost the entire second half. He also won the Serie A title with the team: did he feel he contributed to the success and count as an Italian champion?
Nesta won the 2006 World Cup but always said he didn't feel like a world champion. Bendtner said: "I completely understand! Of course, you want to play an important role in winning a title, and I wanted to too, but unfortunately, I suffered a serious injury. That Juventus team was very strong, with an excellent squad made up of top Serie A and national team players. Almost every player at Juventus was an international at that time. Of course, I wished I could have played more, but the injury stopped me."
Was it harder to shoot against Buffon, or to get past Chiellini one-on-one? "Both are difficult and challenging. I not only failed to score against Buffon in training, but also in national team matches, like that 2-2 draw in 2013."
Considering Bendtner's prime was from 2006 to 2011, did Juventus come at the wrong time? "No, the timing was right. It was just the injury that stopped me, nothing more. But I still enjoyed that time very much. Like I said, every teammate was great. In my first week with the team, my teammates even invited me out for dinner and brought a translator to communicate with me. The Juventus supporters' representatives were also great: everyone was very nice to me. It was a wonderful experience. Aside from the injury, I have no regrets."
Hojbjerg – Hojbjerg has been linked with Juventus: would he be the player the Bianconeri need? "Well, he's done very well in England, and now he's playing for Olympique Marseille in France. He's also the national team captain. Juventus is clearly rebuilding, and it would be interesting to see him go there. However, everything is very different now compared to when I was with the team."
