In a Premier League match, Liverpool suffered a 0-3 defeat to Manchester City, with Barcola once again failing to make an impact. The French winger remains without a goal or assist since his move to the club.

Barcola joined Liverpool from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer transfer window for €125 million. He has made 6 appearances for the Reds but has yet to record a goal or assist.

For the French national team, Barcola has featured in 4 UEFA Nations League matches, including 2 starts and 2 substitute appearances, also without registering a goal or assist.

Across all competitions this season, Barcola has played 511 minutes for club and country while recording 0 goals and 0 assists—a return that falls short of expectations given his substantial transfer fee.
