After Bosnia and Herzegovina's 18-year-old rising star, Kerim Alajbegovic, transferred to Juventus, national team coach Barbarez shared his thoughts on the deal.

"First, I want to congratulate Kerim Alajbegovic on this important step in his career. Joining a club like Juventus is a huge achievement and a reward for his hard work and dedication," Barbarez said.
Barbarez then spoke about the characteristics of the player born in 2007: "Kerim is one of Bosnia and Herzegovina's most promising young talents. He has excellent technique, strong ball control, and a resilient mindset. What impresses me most is his daily desire to learn and improve."
However, the coach also reminded everyone to be patient and pointed out that despite high expectations after the move to Turin, Alajbegovic's development still needs time. "Joining Juventus also means greater responsibility. He is still very young, so the most important thing is to be patient, continue to train hard, and complete the growth process step by step. If he can remain humble and focused, I have no doubt that he has everything it takes to establish himself at the highest level."
Barbarez concluded with confidence: "As the national team coach, I am very proud to see one of our young internationals join one of the most prestigious clubs in the world. I wish him all the best in Turin. I believe this is just the beginning of his brilliant career."
