Estêvão has admitted his frustration with limited playing time at Chelsea this season, having yet to start a Premier League game. The Brazilian prodigy made an impressive start to his Chelsea career last season, scoring a dramatic late winner against Liverpool and a stunning goal in Chelsea's 3-0 Champions League victory over Barcelona.

However, under manager Enzo Maresca, the 19-year-old has not started in any of the first five Premier League games this season. In the League Cup match against Leeds United, he was substituted at halftime after Chelsea fell behind.

Estêvão, who missed the Copa América due to injury, is currently with the Brazilian national team preparing for two friendly matches. He spoke to reporters at a press conference in Brisbane.

"I think every coach has their own style of play," the teenager said. "Of course, we train every day, and I give my all every day, that's what I do."

"Chelsea has many talented players, so all I can do is focus on what I can control. I will try to perform my best in training."

Estêvão added: "When I get an opportunity, I will try to do my best; it's all about taking it day by day."

"I will try to seize every opportunity, try to control everything I can control, and leave everything else to God. I also have great belief in myself."
