According to EFE on October 6, the Madrid Provincial Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation into well-known video blogger and content creator Iñaki Angulo following alleged homophobic comments he made about Real Betis player Hector Bellerin during a live stream.

Mundo Deportivo: Streamer reported for insulting Bellerin, calling him a closeted homosexual
According to sources from the Prosecutor's Office, approximately a month ago the Association for Sports Transparency and Democracy filed a formal complaint against Angulo, with nearly a hundred other individuals subsequently joining the complaint.
The incident originated from a live stream Angulo conducted on a video-sharing website during a Real Betis versus Real Madrid match. Angulo made controversial comments about Bellerin during the broadcast.
According to the complaint, Angulo referenced Bellerin's alleged personal preferences, such as wearing nail polish, and used this as a basis to employ clearly insulting and homophobic language, labeling Bellerin as a "closeted homosexual."
The remarks led to the complaint being filed. The Madrid Provincial Prosecutor's Office is now investigating whether Angulo's actions constitute a crime infringing on fundamental rights and public liberties.
