São Paulo FC are reportedly making the signing of Renato Sanches (29) one of their priorities, according to Foot Mercato.

Linked with Getafe, as well as Corinthians – where Memphis Depay (32) currently plays – the former Paris Saint-Germain midfielder, who has been a free agent since leaving the French giants this summer, is said to have received a concrete offer from the Brazilian club in recent days.
The Paulistas hope to facilitate the move thanks to their new deal with the giant Ticketmaster, which is said to be worth around €25m, according to local sources. However, although very keen, SPFC faces a legal hurdle that could well scupper the arrival of the Portuguese international (32 caps, three goals).
Subject to a transfer ban imposed by FIFA, the club is currently unable to register any new contracts. The Tricolor do Morumbi hopes to resolve this situation swiftly, using their recent inflow of funds to repay their debt of around €250k to the agents of their former player Giuliano Galoppo (27).
