According to official EFL news, Arsenal youngster Max Dowman has been named the Carabao Cup Player of the Round.

The Carabao Cup officially announced the results of the Player of the Round selection for the third round, with Max Dowman winning the award.
The Arsenal prospect Dowman, who scored twice in his first professional appearance against Ipswich Town, was named the Player of the Round for the third round of the League Cup.
The 16-year-old delivered a standout performance for Arsenal, becoming the second-youngest player to score for Arsenal in a League Cup match, following Cesc Fàbregas' record set in 2003.
Dowman made his first competitive start and scored within just seven minutes. He won the ball, then dribbled past defenders with a solo run before slotting the ball home to give Arsenal the lead.
He scored his second goal shortly after halftime, showing composure inside the box to push the ball in and extend Arsenal's lead to 3-0.
Arsenal secured a comfortable 4-2 victory at Portman Road, successfully advancing to the fourth round, where they will face League Two side Fleetwood Town away.
