Shimizu S-Pulse on Monday announced the arrival of midfielder Gakuto Notsuda on a season-long loan from Sanfrecce Hiroshima.

The 22-year-old spent most of the 2016 season on loan at Albirex Niigata, scoring two goals on 18 appearances.

“I’m happy to play for an attractive club with such tradition,” Notsuda said. “I want to work hard to contribute to the team’s results.”

The loan will run from February 1, 2017 through to January 31, 2018.
