Fiorentina striker Bobby Duncan has been promoted into England's Under-19 squad following his promising start to life in Italy.

Duncan, 18, has been named in Paul Simpson's squad to face France and Belgium in the Marbella Cup later this month.
The teenager has impressed for Fiorentina since his arrival in Italy, scoring three goals in as many games for the club's academy - including a 30 yard screamer against Roma last week.
His performances have propelled Duncan into the Under-19 set up; the striker due to link up with the squad over the weekend.
Duncan left Liverpool earlier this summer during a controversial departure to Florence.
The Reds were accused of holding the striker against his will and affecting the player's mental health as a result.
But his career appears to be going from strength to strength in Italy as he plots his route into Fiorentina's first team squad.
