Alfredo Guerri is the new owner of Juve Stabia. The Naples Court's precautionary measures chamber met this morning and reviewed the guarantee documents submitted by the Guerri Group owner, deeming his acquisition proposal valid. The Guerri Group was previously the title sponsor of the Naples basketball team.

Juve Stabia reached the Serie C promotion play-off semifinals this year, but the club has been under judicial administration for months after the Naples Court ordered receivership following an investigation by the Torre Annunziata Public Prosecutor's Office due to alleged mafia infiltration.

The two judicial administrators, Salvatore Scarpa and Mario Ferrara, decided to increase the capital by 6.9 million euros, which was necessary for the club to register for the 2026-27 Serie B season. After the current owners waived the capital increase, the court received two offers, one of which was from Guerri's Domus srl, which ultimately acquired the yellow-blue club. Naples Mayor Luigi Vicinanza also publicly supported Guerri's plan.
