According to Sky Germany, Giovanni Reyna's transfer to Strasbourg has been completed, with a full agreement reached. The transfer fee is €4 million, including "realistically achievable" add-ons, plus a 10% sell-on clause. Reyna is undergoing a medical today. He will replace Valentín Barco, who is set to join Chelsea.

Sky Germany's reported transfer fee is €1 million higher than Romano's, who previously stated that Reyna's transfer fee was €3 million. This summer, Romano and Sky Germany could be described as being "at odds."
