According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Gullit is optimistic about Internazionale's prospects in the Champions League.

After coming from behind to defeat Napoli, Internazionale has begun preparations for their opening Champions League match of the season, facing Mourinho's Real Madrid on Tuesday night.

Gullit stated: "Disappointment always happens, but Lautaro and his teammates know how to overcome it. Overall, Bayern Munich, Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain, and Real Madrid are still a step ahead. Mourinho returning to Spain to manage a top club fascinates me greatly, and I hope he does very well. Manchester City is worth watching too, even though they are not the favorites this year."
