Real Sociedad attacker Takefusa Kubo recently gave an interview discussing his hobbies.

Takefusa Kubo stated that he enjoys diving and has dived to a maximum depth of 15 meters. He plans to get certified to dive into deeper waters.

Takefusa Kubo said, "I love the sea very much. I enjoy all activities related to the sea, such as fishing, observing marine life, swimming, and diving. I often go diving, and I went this summer too. I have dived to a maximum depth of 15 meters, but deeper dives require certification, and I plan to get certified. I want to go to deeper waters to observe other marine life."

"When I was little, my goal was always to come to Europe to play football as early as possible, but as an Asian, this goal could only be realized after I turned 18. At Real Sociedad, I can showcase my talent. As long as you are a good player, no matter where you come from, everyone will accept you. In the past, I was a player who changed teams every year, but after coming to Real Sociedad, I have a feeling of being rooted."

"As a child, I always won everything, but after entering professional football, things changed. Until last year, I had not won any championship trophies. Winning the Copa del Rey with Real Sociedad made me very happy and gave me a sense of relief. After playing for so many years, I finally have a first-team trophy in my cabinet, which makes me feel much more at ease."

"Winning the Copa del Rey also allowed us to return to European competitions. Our goal is to work hard and strive to win the Europa League."
