As the season enters a three-week international break, several clubs in Europe's top leagues have demonstrated formidable attacking strength. Transfermarkt has compiled a ranking of the most efficient attacking teams so far this season across the Premier League, LaLiga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Ligue 1, based on average goals scored per match.

Barcelona tops the list. Hansi Flick's side has started their LaLiga campaign with seven consecutive victories, scoring 31 goals during this run for an average of 4.43 goals per match, with Raphinha contributing 12 goals. Bayern Munich ranks second with an average of 3.50 goals per match across their first four Bundesliga fixtures.

Brighton ranks third with an average of 3.20 goals per match after a strong start in their opening five Premier League matches. Freiburg and Inter Milan share fourth and fifth place with an average of 3.00 goals per match each.

Serie A leaders Roma rank sixth with an average of 2.80 goals per match. Augsburg, Manchester City, Real Madrid, and Bayer Leverkusen occupy seventh through tenth place with averages of 2.75, 2.60, 2.57, and 2.50 goals per match respectively.
