Napoli has issued an injury update, announcing that midfielder Anguissa has suffered an adductor injury to his right thigh and has begun rehabilitation.

Napoli player Anguissa underwent examinations today at Pineta Grande Hospital, which revealed a low-grade myotendinous lesion of the long adductor muscle in his right thigh.

The midfielder has already begun his rehabilitation program.

Anguissa has made 4 appearances for Napoli this season, starting in 3 of them. His last match was two days ago, an away fixture against Fiorentina in Serie A Round 5, where he came off the bench in the closing minutes for 1 minute. Earlier this month, Anguissa had already missed two matches due to adductor pain.
