In an interview with Le Parisien, 60-year-old French coach Christophe Galtier stated that he does not rule out returning to coaching in France in the future, emphasizing that he would never close the door on a return to Ligue 1.

Galtier left Paris Saint-Germain in 2023 and subsequently coached Al-Duhail in Qatar and Al-Okhdood in Saudi Arabia. His contract with Al-Okhdood is set to expire next June.

When asked about a possible return to France in the future, Galtier said, "I will never close the door on returning to France, to my league, that's for sure."

However, Galtier has not yet decided on his next destination and may continue his coaching career abroad.

He stated, "I might stay abroad, whether in Saudi Arabia, Asia, South America, Europe, or elsewhere. I don't know what will happen next."

What is certain is that Galtier has no plans to retire from coaching. He said, "I will continue coaching for at least the next three years."
