Bosnia and Herzegovina will face Sweden in a UEFA Nations League group stage match, marking the final international game for 40-year-old veteran Dzeko after a 19-year career with the national team.

Ahead of the match, a giant No. 11 jersey bearing Dzeko's name was hung on the "Eternal Flame," an iconic landmark in Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Below the jersey read, "Thank you, Diamond."
The Bosnia and Herzegovina national team's social media wrote: "The day has finally arrived. Let's enjoy it and bid farewell in the best possible way to the greatest legend this country has ever had. Eternal Diamond."
Dzeko played for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team for 19 years, making 151 appearances and scoring 73 goals, helping Bosnia and Herzegovina qualify for the World Cup finals in 2014.
