In Matchday 8 of LaLiga EA Sports, Real Sociedad will host Deportivo La Coruña at Estadio Anoeta. The match kicks off at 22:15 Beijing Time (CET) on October 11 (16:15 local time).

For Real Sociedad, striker Oscarsson is suspended after being sent off against Valencia at Mestalla. Defender Hector Fort has returned to team training after a week of individual work due to a knee injury and will aim to feature on Sunday, potentially replacing Aramburu in defense.

Before the international break, Real Sociedad secured a 3-2 away victory over Valencia, with goals from Luka Sučić, Carlos Soler (penalty), and Ander Barrenetxea. The team currently sits eighth in the standings with 10 points from three wins, one draw, and three losses, having scored 9 goals and conceded 13.

Deportivo La Coruña, managed by Antonio Hidalgo, currently sits seventh in the league with 10 points from two wins, four draws, and one loss. The team will be without veteran Aubameyang, who has been absent for several weeks following surgery.

Deportivo La Coruña previously secured a 3-2 away victory over Villarreal this season and drew 1-1 with both Getafe and Málaga. They will look to continue earning points at Estadio Anoeta.
