Following a disappointing draw against Tottenham, Manchester United continues to face harsh criticism, with Carragher among the latest to speak out. He blamed two Manchester United stars for an "unacceptable" moment during the match against Tottenham.

Carragher criticized the performance of Manchester United duo Mbeumo and Baleba during Tottenham's late equalizing goal. The former player had opened the scoring in the Premier League match at Old Trafford, but Solanke's header in stoppage time earned the visitors a point.
"Baleba and Mbeumo, they should never have allowed Matheus Fernandes to get there first. We've seen this four or five times now, Tottenham players always getting there first, and don't forget this team was criticized for a lack of effort three weeks ago."
"Given the importance of this match, being 1-0 up with just minutes remaining, Tottenham were the ones who wanted it more. It wasn't just at the end of the match; it was like that from the start. He (Fernandes) won the ball twice, and that's unacceptable."
"Tottenham kept crossing into the box, who won the second ball? Tottenham. Then another cross came in, Lisandro Martinez, who's had a very poor start to the season, should have done better, and Solanke scored a beautiful goal."
"It's still early in the season, but we've seen this with Manchester United under various managers. Questions have been raised about their physical and mental preparation for matches."
"Now they have three big matches ahead, two of which are away Champions League matches, followed by a match against Leeds United, and if they don't quickly raise their intensity, things could become very difficult for everyone involved."
