Inter has reportedly offered $3m for 1996 born Banfield midfielder Emanuel Cecchini. 

The former club of legendary Inter captain Javier Zanetti isn’t happy with the offer. Inter meanwhile will try to find a midway by offering extra loan spell at the Argetntine club. The Nerazurri may approach later this month for the player again.
