Agent and father of Tigre striker Mateo Retegui reacts to Milan rumours

The agent and father of Tigre striker Mateo Retegui has eased talk of a move to Italy.

Retegui has struck twice in his first two games for Italy over the past week.

On-loan at Tigre from Boca Juniors, the youngster has been linked with AC Milan and Inter Milan ahead of the summer market.

But father and agent Carlos says: "He is totally committed to Tigre and the national team, he must remain calm and grounded. He should only think about learning and improving."

Retegui's deal with Boca runs to 2024.
