Paris Saint-Germain continues to expand its international presence, with the club recently announcing the opening of its first PSG Academy in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan.

The academy, operated by entrepreneur Almaz Arsenov, is expected to officially open in September 2026. It will accommodate approximately 300 young players aged 6 to 14 at its training base located within the Air Arena complex. Kazakhstan will become the 24th member country in Paris Saint-Germain's global youth academy network.
According to the official announcement from Paris Saint-Germain, the new academy will adopt the standardized training system developed by the club, focusing on nurturing young players' technical skills, game understanding, and the professional development of local coaches. In addition to football skills development, the academy also aims to instill the club's values in young players through training.
In the future, Paris Saint-Germain plans to further expand the project's reach within Kazakhstan, extending the youth academy to other cities across the country, providing more local young players with year-round opportunities for professional training.
