According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus recorded a loss of €66 million for the 2025-26 fiscal year. The Juventus board of directors met on the 29th and approved the financial statements for the fiscal year.

This marks the ninth consecutive fiscal year Juventus has reported a loss. In the 2024-25 fiscal year, the club recorded a loss of €58 million.

To strengthen the club's financial structure and competitive performance, while also exploring the potential monetization of strategic real estate assets (notably Allianz Stadium), enhancing brand value, and ensuring long-term economic and financial sustainability, Juventus will propose to shareholders to authorize the board to implement a capital increase of up to €250 million.

As part of the capital increase plan, Juventus's majority shareholder Exor will immediately contribute €60 million.
