Portugal defeated Denmark 4-2 away, moving closer to qualifying for the UEFA Nations League semifinals. Gonçalo Ramos, who scored and assisted in the match, was interviewed by Sport TV and RTP afterward. He expressed his happiness with the goal and, more importantly, with the team's victory.

During his interview with Sport TV, Ramos said: "Another great night, not just because I scored, but also because the team played very well. This victory is important; it allowed us to consolidate our top position."

Speaking about his left-foot toe-poke finish, reminiscent of Romário's style, Ramos said: "I like to shoot this way, and I do it often in training; my teammates all know. This type of shot is always difficult for goalkeepers to save."

Regarding Cristiano Ronaldo's departure from the training camp in the past 24 hours, Ramos stated: "It didn't affect us. We want to win every game. That's enough."

Later, Ramos answered the following questions in an interview with RTP.

What is the reason the team is playing better with each match?

Ramos replied: "First, credit to the coach; he's helped us tremendously. Our ideas are clearer. Whether in defence or attack, we know each teammate's specific role. This is evident not only in today's game but also in our previous matches. We are improving every day, and it's all a process. We're very happy with this victory, another win against an excellent team in a very difficult away game. Now we must continue pushing forward."

It seems the Portuguese team is implementing high pressing. Does this suit your game?

Ramos responded: "Yes, I also like to play this way. It suits my playing style very well. We recovered many balls in areas where we could create danger, and this style of play is very effective for us. Winning back possession in the opponent's half makes it easier for us to create threats. Today's game also reflected this."

Do you feel you are getting more opportunities in the team?

Ramos said: "Of course, it's always good to score goals, contribute to the team, and provide assists like today. The most important thing is victory. Each of us has a lot of quality, and the coach has many options. Of course, I'm happy to further cement my position in the team."
