Former AC Milan player Christian Vieri stated in an interview that the Rossoneri have finally found an exceptional center forward in Gonçalo Ramos after years of searching.

When discussing whether AC Milan and Juventus are competing for the Serie A title or Champions League places, Vieri said: "I think the latter. However, with Gonçalo Ramos, as we've seen from his performances with the Portuguese national team, AC Milan has finally found an exceptional center forward after many years. But like all strikers, he needs to receive more passes. Want to score goals? You have to give him more of the ball. If you don't, it's hard to assess whether he can play well."
