Aquilani: Cissé is very talented and his physique is suited to top-level competition

Sassuolo manager Aquilani was interviewed by DAZN, discussing the team's preparations and his thoughts on AC Milan player Chaka Traorè.

Regarding preparations during the international break, Aquilani stated: "Some players were slightly behind in their training progression, so we increased the training load and focused on tactical principles. The players who stayed trained extensively, and those who returned are full of motivation and confidence. There are always uncertainties after an international break, but we will be ready for this important match."

About Laurienté and Berardi, he commented: "We have excellent wingers who are good at one-on-one dribbling, and each has unique characteristics. They are both very important players for the team. We need to create better passing conditions for them, as they can decide matches with their one-on-one dribbling, and we want them to do that."

Aquilani also spoke about his experience working with Chaka Traorè last year when he managed Catanzaro. He stated: "From day one, I saw how special he was. He is a young talented player whose physical condition is already suited to top-level competition. The Milan coaches have also done excellent work, as giving confidence to players is very important."
