In the UEFA Champions League group stage, matchday two, FC Barcelona defeated Galatasaray 4-1 away after falling behind initially. After the match, Eric García, Barcelona's defender, gave an interview in the mixed zone.

Reporter: Eric, can you tell us about this match? It was great to watch and really enjoyable...

Eric: I think we played well even in the first half. They scored from their only real chance, and we were a bit too hasty with some passes. But overall, the team played almost perfectly. Everyone knows that in an away Champions League match, facing dangerous moments is unavoidable. But overall, we fought very well.

Reporter: What did Flick say to you at halftime? The turnaround in the second half was incredible.

Eric: Hans told us we were playing well and should stick to the tactics we set out. We just needed to intensify our pressing and control after losing the ball, because sometimes we were too eager to play behind the defensive line and ended up losing possession. The team's performance in the second half was perfect.

Reporter: Now the team faces four crucial matches ahead. How will this big victory build confidence for the matches to come?

Eric: Every match is important. The most important thing right now is the league match away to Real Betis this weekend, where we need to maintain our lead. After that, we'll have difficult matches in the Champions League and the league.

Reporter: Eric, did you see the incredible dribbling by Lamine Yamal before Gundogan scored? It was explosive! What should we call it? Yamal Whirlwind?

Eric: That's a great name! Lamine Yamal's performances sometimes leave you speechless. If opponents continue to provoke him in difficult matches that don't need extra motivation anyway, he can produce even more incredible displays.

Reporter: Is the match against Real Betis this weekend really the most important?

Eric: Yes, because after Real Betis comes El Clásico. After the league match, we'll be fully prepared for El Clásico.
