There were spectacular scenes in the German third division at the weekend, as Karlsruher fans bid farewell to their Wildparkstadion.

The club are moving on from the ground that opened in 1955 and said goodbye in style, with a ring of fire all the way around the pitch.

This was ahead of their match against Wurzburger Kickers, which they won 2-1.
