According to the reporter, the deal has made significant progress. The fixed transfer fee stands at €125 million, and with realistic add-ons, the total value is expected to reach €135 million. If all difficult-to-achieve bonus clauses are triggered, the overall transaction amount could rise to €140 million.

Per the agreement, Leganés will receive approximately 5% of any transfer profit. Only final formal procedures remain before the deal is signed.
