Official news: Former footballers Toby Alderweireld, Robbie Keane, and Young, as well as former Tottenham Hotspur coach Thomas Frank, will join Match of the Day as pundits.

The newly added pundits will join Rooney, Micah Richards, Alan Shearer, Hart, Danny Murphy, and other regular Match of the Day guests to form the analysis team for the new season.

Alex Kay-Jelski, Director of Sport for the programme, stated: "Football means something different to every fan, and this season we want to put fans even more at the heart of the game."
