Floyd, congratulations, what a wonderful night. You scored twice. Can you describe how you're feeling right now?

I hope I can do it justice. It was a fantastic match. This is something I've always dreamed of, and to be able to turn that dream into reality tonight is incredible for me.

So when did you find out you'd be starting tonight?

Enzo (Maresca) spoke to me on Tuesday and said there was a good chance I'd start. As the match got closer, I knew I would be starting. I just had to prepare myself mentally and in every other way for the game. I felt like I could perform well.

What did Enzo say to you about maintaining form and continuing to do what you've always done so well with the youth team?

It's always like that. Everyone, every member of the coaching staff, tells me to be myself whenever I get the chance to finish. I think for a young player, confidence is the most important thing. I feel like we had the best night of the season tonight.

Can you tell us about your two goals? For the first one, the ball came from Nico O'Reilly—what were you thinking at that moment?

When the ball was played through to Alan, I knew I had to be alert. I was watching the other players and heard him. He was always ready for the next pass, so I had to be there too.

And for the second goal, it looked like you knew exactly where the ball was going. You shot with such confidence—how did that feel?

When Nouri had the ball, I knew I had to drop back because he didn't have a passing option. I could see space around me. Once I got into that space and shot, there was a good chance of scoring.

Enzo had only praise for your performance. What has your experience been like, from pre-season through joining the first team and then training with them since the start of this season?

It's been truly wonderful. Starting from Hong Kong, everyone has been very welcoming. I think it's really important that they welcomed a young player into the team like this from day one. This has helped me continue to improve both as a player and as a person.

Have you had a chance to speak with them?

A little bit, but not much. I've had some conversations with them.
