According to Dutch media reports, 35-year-old Virgil Van Dijk has committed to continuing with the Dutch national team following talks with new coach Xavi.

Virgil Van Dijk will continue to play for the Dutch national team. According to Algemeen Dagblad, the 35-year-old Liverpool defender made the decision after speaking with new national team coach Xavi.
Reporter Maarten Wijffels reported the news in Friday's morning edition. Van Dijk, who has earned 96 caps for the national team, will now aim to reach the 100-match milestone.
The reporter said: "Van Dijk had productive talks with new national team coach Xavi in England last week. Although both sides remain silent officially, they both believe there is sufficient potential for cooperation."
