According to The Sun, Onana underwent fire cupping therapy during the international break and posted a video of it on social media.

The 30-year-old goalkeeper was loaned to Trabzonspor by Manchester United for the second consecutive season. Onana was considered a disappointing signing after joining Manchester United from Inter Milan for a substantial transfer fee.

In the video, Onana is seen lying on a massage bed receiving treatment with fire cupping therapy applied to his body. Cupping typically involves creating negative pressure on the skin using special cups and is often used to relieve muscle tension, reduce pain, and promote blood circulation. Onana incorporated fire into the traditional cupping method.

Trabzonspor currently sits 3 points behind the Süper Lig leader. The club is covering Onana's salary during his loan spell. He has made 8 appearances this season, conceding 10 goals.
