On September 24, it was officially announced that Indonesian international Marselino Ferdinan has ended his overseas stint with Oxford United and returned to Indonesian Liga 1 to join Persija Jakarta.

Oxford United can confirm that Marselino Ferdinan has left the club to join Indonesian Liga 1 side Persija Jakarta.

The Indonesian international departed after his contract expired this summer, with the club having supported him during his injury rehabilitation.

Marselino joined Oxford United in the summer of 2024, making two official appearances before spending part of the 2024/25 season on loan at AS Trenčín.

Everyone at Oxford United thanks Marselino for his time at the club and wishes him all the best for the future.
