Belgian legend Marc Degryse believes Diego Moreira is aggressive but not a player who can score 10 goals and provide 10 assists in a single season.

Diego Moreira had a very difficult debut for Milan against Juventus in Turin, but he gradually overcame his nervousness in subsequent matches and began to deliver consistently positive performances. In the next three games, he scored three goals, including a brace against Lazio and his third goal against Lecce. He also earned a spot in the national team, starting two consecutive matches at the beginning of the new cycle under manager Mark van Bommel.

Alessandro Schiavone, a journalist for Milan News, interviewed former Belgian international Marc Degryse. Degryse commented on Moreira, saying: "He is very aggressive in a positive way and will give defenders a hard time, but I don't think he's the kind of player who can score 10 goals and provide 10 assists in a single season. I don't think so. I'm not sure what his best position is, so I also don't know what position he is best suited to play for Milan."
