On October 12th, Internazionale officially announced that the Shareholders' Meeting approved the financial statements for the 2025-26 season, marking the club's second consecutive profitable year with a net profit of €22.7 million and achieving the second-highest revenue in club history at €518 million.

Internazionale Official Announcement:
The Internazionale Shareholders' Meeting was held online today, attended by Chairman and CEO Marotta and the club's senior management team. The financial report for the 2025-26 fiscal year was reviewed and approved.
Second Consecutive Profitable Fiscal Year, Foundation for Financial Consolidation
The 2025-26 season's income statement shows club revenue reached €518 million, ranking second in club history, trailing only the €567 million record set in the previous season. The higher revenue last season was due to one-time benefits from Club World Cup participation and reaching the Champions League final.
The financial report showed a profit once again, with a net profit of €22.7 million. This achievement is attributed to growth in commercial and matchday revenues, which have continuously strengthened the revenue base. At the same time, operating costs decreased by approximately €20 million, a 4% reduction.
The operating results this fiscal year reversed the group's net equity from negative €12 million at the end of 2024-25 to positive €10.4 million.
Strengthening Long-Term Stability: Reduced Financial Expenses, Infrastructure Investment Launched
Financial expenses this fiscal year decreased by approximately 50% to €19 million, thanks to the refinancing operation completed at the end of the previous fiscal year, which secured lower capital costs than previous loans.
In addition, the club has launched a major investment plan to upgrade infrastructure at the Internazionale Training Center in Appiano Gentile and the Interello youth development facility.
Club Releases First Sustainability Report
Following the Shareholders' Meeting, the club released its first "Sustainability Report." The document outlines the club's systematic sustainability initiatives, integrates existing projects, assesses the impact of related programs, and identifies future improvement opportunities.
"This season we won our third domestic double in club history; off the field, the club completed its financial consolidation. Following the investment from Oaktree Capital, financial restructuring has accelerated further. The financial report presented today confirms a significant improvement in the club's economic and financial position."
"Revenue once again exceeded €500 million, the fiscal year achieved a net profit, financial expenses decreased year-over-year, and net equity returned to positive for the first time in years. We will continue to balance financial sustainability with competitive performance, confident that we are on the right path."
"Soon we will announce the design results for the new stadium in Milan. This facility will become a new landmark for the city, a brand new sports center open to citizens and vibrant with activity. This privately owned stadium is also a strategic platform to help Internazionale increase revenue and narrow the gap with Europe's top clubs."
