MB Rouissat have undergone a dramatic squad transformation over the last three weeks, bringing in 11 new faces as the club pursues an ambitious rebuild. The wholesale changes have arrived entirely through free transfers and one loan deal, reflecting a carefully managed approach to reshaping the squad without significant financial outlay.

The most notable arrival is Mohamed Chemseddine Benlebna from ES Sétif, secured on 5 August, bringing top-flight experience to a side clearly intent on strengthening its competitive edge. Benlebna's pedigree at one of Algeria's most established clubs adds quality and leadership to the middle of the park, and his signing represents a significant coup for Rouissat.

Elsewhere, the club has moved quickly to address multiple areas of need. Bilal Hend arrived from Luxembourgish side FC Progrès Niederkorn on a free transfer, finalized on 8 August, while Rafik Zaimeche joined on loan from JS El Biar the same day. Hamza Salem made the switch from Paradou AC on 4 August, and Mohammed Ali Yakoubi followed from MO Béjaïa a week later, both on free deals.

Abdelhakim Amokrane and Zahreddine Benabda both signed from El Bayadh, on 6 August and 10 August respectively, while Moussa Benzaid departed CS Constantine to join on 9 August. Benali Benammar arrived from ES Mostaganem, Abdennour Kherroubi from CA Batna, and Léonard Aggoune from Témouchent, all secured without transfer fees between 6 and 7 August.

With no reported departures during the window, MB Rouissat have significantly expanded their squad depth.
