Former England international Gabby Agbonlahor has urged Tuchel to give young players a chance during the upcoming international break.

Agbonlahor said on talkSPORT Breakfast on Thursday morning: "I want to see some changes in this team."

"I want to see Alex Scott called up. I want to see Fulham's Josh King called up, and I also want to see Ngoumou called up. I also want to see some older players left out of the squad."

talkSPORT host Laura Woods then revisited the topic on the show, asking Agbonlahor: "Is this an opportunity to bring in young talents like Ngoumou and Douman for this international break?"

Agbonlahor replied: "Yes, King, Scott. Now is the chance to see them against Spain. And it's a UEFA Nations League match against Spain."

"It's a competitive game, throw them straight in."

"Don't bring Jordan Henderson, or some older players back into the squad."

"This is the perfect opportunity, 4 games, give the youngsters a chance to show what they can do. Please!"
