West Ham United loanee Jean-Clair Todibo may start in defence for RC Lens against AS Monaco on Friday night. It is the first match in which Yannick Cahuzac will be manager of Les Sang et Or following the departure of Dino Toppmoller earlier this week.

Toppmoller’s sacking came as a shock. The German presided over just six games with Lens. It is his assistant, Cahuzac, who will take charge on an interim basis, at least initially.

Les Sang et Or remains without Maik Nawrocki, Yacine Titraoui, Saud Abdulhamid, and Samson Baidoo. As a result, Lens’ options in defence are a little limited. Jonathan Gradit, who has returned from his leg break, is set to start once again, whilst West Ham loanee Todibo could also come into the line-up this evening.
