After the 1-0 victory over Udinese, Cagliari coach Pisacane said the team is clear about its objectives.

Pisacane said: "We know our objectives. The fans have reason to dream, but we professionals must stay grounded. Regarding Maldini's performance, Pisacane said: "I have a particular philosophy; I firmly believe in goodwill and positive energy. Today's goal proves that this kid acted in good faith. Maybe Strootman's technique is more refined, but Romano understands the game, has a spirit of sacrifice and dedication, and can also tackle. He needs more playing time, even if he makes mistakes. He has surprised me. In contrast, Palestra made two or three mistakes at Udinese, but Romano looks like a player far beyond his actual age."
