After the match against Union Berlin, Kane spoke to Bild about his thoughts on Olise.

Kane said, "There were several great milestones today: Olise's first hat-trick, for which he gave a short speech, and my 100 goals, for which I also said a few words. Bayern Munich's first goal for Serge Gnabry, and Gnabry's return – so there were three or four speeches in the locker room today."
When asked whose speech was the shortest, Kane smiled and said, "Olise's. He's very different from how he appears externally. Honestly, he's really great; he had an amazing start to the season, and I thought he was excellent last year too."
"He played a great World Cup and seamlessly continued that form. I think, given his age and mentality, he can continue to improve. Teammates and coaches around him are pushing him to get better, and he's in a very good environment to continuously improve and grow."
"Not just today, but since the start of the season, his level has clearly risen another notch. We need him because he is a very important player for us. I was happy to see him smile after his first hat-trick."
"I think he's proud of it, and rightly so. I really enjoy playing with Olise and I also appreciate him as a person; we get along very well off the field too."
