It's been a wonderful experience for me. When I first arrived last year, I had a difficult start and didn't get many opportunities to play. But I never gave up and never got discouraged. I always stayed focused, trained hard, and eventually earned my chance to play through hard work.

Absolutely. I believe every footballer dreams of representing the Brazilian national team at the World Cup, and I'm no exception. As I just said, I'm very happy to be here and extremely grateful for this opportunity. This is a unique opportunity, and I will continue to work twice as hard and give my all, hoping that, God willing, I can achieve my big dream of representing my country at the World Cup in the future.

From your days at Santos' youth academy, you were a promising young star and were called up to various youth national teams multiple times. After joining Botafogo, you quickly secured a starting position and played in the Club World Cup. After your move to Nottingham Forest, you became an indispensable defensive pillar for the team. Throughout my life and career, everything has happened very quickly. From the youth academy, I was always playing in older age groups. Soon after, I was playing for Santos' first team, and shortly after that, I was sold and came to Europe. So of course, I've put all of this in God's hands. I entrust everything to God's control. Therefore, what is destined will happen, and I will give my all and leave the results to God.

Jair, hello. Just two years ago, you were playing in Brazil's Serie B with Santos, and now, stepping onto the Premier League stage, have you ever had a moment where you thought, "Wow, what a stage I've reached? I'm living my dream here"? Compared to playing in Serie B with Santos two years ago, could you have imagined the scale of all this back then?

Yes, I actually watched a reaction video of myself when I found out about the call-up. Because, as you said, two years ago I was still playing in Serie B, and about three years ago I suffered a serious ACL injury. So, as I said, everything has happened very quickly in my life. I can only thank God for being with me through both good and difficult times, and for constantly giving me strength. That's all.
