The Sun reported that JJ GABRIEL is free to make a dream move away from Manchester United after turning 16. The highly-rated United prospect celebrated his birthday on Tuesday, weeks after shockingly requesting the termination of his registration at Old Trafford.

While the club had no intention of losing the star this season, there is little they will be able to do if the youngster manages to obtain an EU passport.
He would not be able to make the switch to a fellow Premier League side until the end of the season, unless United agreed to rip up his registration with the club.
And Brexit rules say English stars must be 18 to join a team in Europe.
But at 16, he would be able to leave and play abroad immediately if he was able to secure himself the EU document, subject to Fifa approval.

His father, Joe O’Cearuill, represented the Republic of Ireland, while his mother holds a Cypriot passport, which could allow Gabriel to obtain an EU passport.
Such a move would see United lose out on millions in potential value and compensation.
A move to a Prem rival would send the case to a tribunal which would assign compensation to United, with the club likely to push for a figure in the millions for a prospect as bright as the teenager.
But a move abroad is not subject to that process.
Instead, the club would only be entitled to “Fifa training compensation,” which tends to work out to a flat figure worth up to £300,000.
If Gabriel were to secure an EU passport then United could be in trouble, with several of Europe’s biggest clubs understood to have interest in the youngster.
Bayern Munich and Real Madrid are looking to add to their wealth of young attacking talent.
While Gabriel has reportedly been training in Barcelona ahead of a potential move to the side.
