Malen is preparing to return to the field after receiving a red card in the match against Como in the second half. Ahead of the Real Madrid clash, the Dutch forward attended a press conference alongside Gasperini.

When asked what Roma means to him, Malen did not hesitate: "The coach gave me confidence from the start, and that was crucial, but my teammates, staff, and fans are just as important. These factors together contributed to my performance."

Malen commented on the importance of the match against Real Madrid: "It will certainly be a special experience. Since I came here, one of our goals has been to qualify for the Champions League, which we have done, and now we can enjoy such a special night tomorrow."

The forward then spoke about the support from the fans at the Stadio Olimpico: "There is no doubt that the support from the fans will be very important, especially during the toughest moments of the game—the crowd always pushes you forward."

Malen addressed the red card he received against Como: "Now we must focus on ourselves and not think about the gap with Real Madrid. The red card? I was very frustrated, but I didn't want to hurt anyone. It will be a great night for everyone."
