Sampdoria are active on the market, as Omar Colley had his medical today, while talks are progressing for Lokomotiv Zagreb’s Lovro Majer.

KRC Genk and Gambia centre-back Colley was in Genoa today for his tests and is expected to complete the transfer over the next 48 hours.

It’s worth €7.75m plus €2m in performance-related bonuses for the 25-year-old.

Now Sky Sport Italia also claim that Sampdoria are in advanced negotiations for 20-year-old creative midfielder Majer.

He impressed this season with 11 goals and five assists in 30 competitive games for Lokomotiv Zagreb.

A deal is close for approximately €7m plus €1m in bonuses and a percentage of his future sale.
