According to reports from the Manchester Evening News, De Ligt will return after the international break, while Ugarte will not feature again this year.

Manchester United still have six players sidelined through injury following their Carabao Cup elimination by Brighton at Old Trafford on Wednesday.
In their last match against Fulham before the international break, only Luke Shaw of the six injured players is expected to return.
On Wednesday evening, six United players were unavailable for the Carabao Cup clash with Brighton at Old Trafford. Lisandro Martinez and Doku were also among those absent from the squad this week.
Meanwhile, Amad Diallo Traore, Baleba, Ugarte, De Ligt, and Heaton have not featured this season. Shaw's injury brought the total number of sidelined players to six.
Amad Diallo Traore suffered a minor injury during the final days of pre-season training and has been unavailable since. The Ivory Coast international featured in United's last four pre-season friendlies over the summer but has missed the first six competitive matches.
Carrick discussed his situation at Tuesday's pre-match press conference, saying: "Amad Diallo Traore is not close to returning, certainly not in the next few days, but we will see what happens over the coming days this week."
Amad Diallo Traore was unavailable for the Brighton match, so it remains to be seen whether he will feature when Fulham visit Old Trafford on Sunday. If he is not fit by then, Amad is likely to return after the international break.
Baleba, a summer signing, suffered an ankle ligament injury during pre-season and has not featured this campaign. However, the midfielder is nearing a return after recently ramping up his recovery training.
Carrick provided an update ahead of the cup tie against Baleba's former club, stating: "He will come back into the squad at some point next week or thereabouts."
"This means that after the international break, he should be in good condition. Carlos joined us with an injury and is eager to get back on the pitch and train fully with his teammates."
After starting United's first three Premier League matches this season, Shaw has been sidelined for a week with a thigh injury. Carrick previously indicated he was expected to feature in this cup tie, and he was present at Old Trafford on Wednesday evening.
The United manager said: "He may possibly be available for the Brighton match, it is still unclear. But the issue is just a matter of days, nothing more."
Current indications suggest Shaw will be available for the Fulham match. Should that be the case, Doku could return to the bench.
De Ligt last played for United in late November of last year, over ten months ago, when he was ruled out with a back injury. The defender returned to training with his teammates approximately five and a half months ago following surgery.
However, Carrick remains cautious about De Ligt's return date. He said on Tuesday: "De Ligt is recovering slowly, to be honest. Given his current recovery timeline, I don't want to put a specific date on it."
Nevertheless, he is expected to return after the upcoming international break. After that, there will be approximately a month until the next international break.
Ugarte remains United's only long-term injury concern after suffering a knee ligament injury at the Copa América this summer. Following surgery, the Uruguay international continues his rehabilitation at Carrington and is currently recovering with the club's medical and fitness staff.
United's latest update stated that despite successful surgery, he "still has a long road to full recovery" and is currently "progressing well." However, he is almost certain to miss the remainder of 2024.
Although he underwent surgery in mid-July and theoretically could return before the season ends, this depends entirely on his recovery progress.
Heaton has been unavailable since being substituted due to an Achilles injury in a pre-season friendly against Paris Saint-Germain. Had he been fit, he could have featured on the bench against Brighton.
Onana subsequently took a place on the bench, and Dalot came on. Dermot Mee was also included in the squad for the Champions League match against Sabah last week in Heaton's absence.
However, the former England international remains in United's European squad list. He is also included in United's submitted Premier League squad list, with these two rosters being the most recent updates available regarding Heaton.
