On Saturday night, Brighton & Hove Albion defeated Arsenal 3-0 at home in their Premier League Matchday 5 fixture. After the match, Gross spoke to "Match of the Day" about his thoughts on the game.

"I think we showed great intensity, waiting for mistakes from the opponent and punishing them," said Gross. "It was a fantastic, very complete performance. We won the ball high up the pitch and then attacked quickly. After two recent wins, we're full of confidence and hope to finish strong before the international break."

"I feel very good, I have nothing to complain about. I just try to help the team as much as I can, and I really enjoy my life at Brighton & Hove Albion; I love everything about it. I know that after the international break, we'll be playing every three days, and many players aren't used to this rhythm. It will be tough, but I hope we can be competitive. We have a strong squad this season."
