Summerville: No, I'm still the same Summerville as before.

Summerville: There were certainly other options, but there are things that happen in football and things that don't. Al-Hilal was one of the options, and ultimately, I chose them.

Why did you ultimately choose this club?

Summerville: Of course, you're in contact with many different clubs. My discussions with the coach, director of football, and others at Al-Hilal were very convincing, and those conversations helped me make the decision.

Reijnders previously said openly that there are very attractive financial packages when joining clubs like this. For you, was salary also an important reason for this decision? That's completely understandable.

Summerville: Of course, whenever you move to any job, contract terms are certainly discussed. For me, it was a complete project, including the entire vision of the team – something I'm certain is God's will – and also financial considerations, all of which are part of the contract. All conditions were completely suitable, so I made the decision.

Summerville, in an interview at EURO, you mentioned training with Van Nistelrooy and learning a lot about positioning and professionalism as a forward from him. Has he taught you anything new recently?

Summerville: Coach Van Nistelrooy and I have a very close relationship. However, if I reveal what we're currently working on, that would directly expose tactical secrets to our opponents, so I can't say anything at this moment. But we're certainly doing specific drills.

Summerville: I've always believed in myself and my abilities. I'm very happy and grateful to be able to prove myself to the world on the international stage, where the standard is currently highest.

Summerville, good evening. How has your collaboration with coach Xavi been so far? Do you feel similar trust as under Koeman? What similarities and differences are there between these two coaches?

Summerville: Coaches certainly have their own characteristics, but I think the overall football philosophy is similar. Regarding my relationship with the coach, Coach Xavi is very honest and straightforward with everyone. You know exactly what the coach expects and demands from you. As a player, I really like this communication style, and I think this trust and understanding is fully reflected on the pitch.

Currently, most attention is on Mex and Ruben. Looking back at previous matches against Germany and Serbia, how do you assess your individual performance?

Summerville: Overall positive, although there's still room for improvement. But I'll carry those positive performances into tomorrow's match, and I hope to contribute more to the team through goals and assists tomorrow night.
